Her health rapidly deteriorated to such a point that shed sometimes convulse on set and have to be restrained. When Sedgwick's condition worsened she dropped to 90 pounds she was sent to the closed ward of Bloomingdale, the Westchester Division of New York Hospital. Not surprisingly, her siblings also carried their fair share of troubles.
